HR Planetary eyepieces were made for best possible sharpness and contrast on the optical axis, as can be expected from good planetary eyepieces. Quite different from most other planetary eyepieces however the HR eyepieces also have a very good viewing comfort, a long eye relief and a larger field of view!

The intimate rubber traction ring design can increase the friction, so that it is easy to grasp and not easy to slip off.

Sleek silver lens barrel with safety undercut reduces the possibility of the eyepiece slipping out of the telescope or diagonal, increasing the stability of the connection.

The blackening treatment of the edge of the lens can effectively prevent the reflection and achieve the maximum contrast, which is conducive to planetary observation.

16mm eye relief and soft rubber eye guard that is foldable for the convenience of eyeglass wear-ers and protects glasses from getting scratched.

No Kidneybeaning:
Cheap eyepieces and too extreme wide angle eyepieces often suffer from "Kidney-Beaning". When you move the head only slightly a black, kidney-shaped shadow will cover a part of the field of view. This effect is nearly eliminated in the Planetary HR eyepieces.
